ABOUT ME

WHo I am
Howdy! I’m Karsen — a West Coast native turned Texas A&M student-athlete with a passion for storytelling, teamwork, and building meaningful experiences through sports.
I grew up on the West Coast, where I first developed a love for athletics, creativity, and competition. That path eventually led me to Texas, where I now compete on the Texas A&M Equestrian Team while majoring in Telecommunications with a minor in Sports Management. Balancing academics and athletics has shaped my work ethic, discipline, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments.
Alongside my athletic career, I work with the Brazos Valley Bombers in a leadership internship role that blends content creation, game-day operations, and fan engagement. Through photography, graphic design, promotions, and live event execution, I’ve gained hands-on experience contributing both creatively and operationally to a growing organization.
I’m most energized by roles that combine creativity, organization, and collaboration. Whether I’m capturing moments behind the camera, designing visuals, or supporting the behind-the-scenes systems that keep teams running smoothly, I bring adaptability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset to every project.

built for sport through sport
My journey began in the arena, where years of riding and competition shaped my discipline, focus, and love for performance-driven environments. Growing up in athletics taught me how to set goals, handle pressure, and trust the process long before I ever stepped into a classroom or creative space. Riding instilled patience, precision, and resilience — lessons that continue to influence the way I train, lead, and create.
Today, as a collegiate athlete at Texas A&M, I balance competition with academics and creative work, carrying those same values into every environment I’m part of. Athletics have shaped my work ethic, adaptability, and appreciation for team culture, while also fueling my passion for storytelling and live sports environments. Whether in the arena, behind the camera, or behind the scenes, I bring the mindset of an athlete: prepared, collaborative, and driven to improve.
